When is the usual time for embarkation & disembarkation?

You need to compare your gulet with a floating Hotel or an Apartment. With a difference that your gulet is tailored more to your preferences. You also have a personal crew that is there to make your cruise even more “magical”.

When the time has come for your Check-In procedure it has more “bling” to it than your standard hotel or apartment check-in. You will be greeted by your crew and our representative. They will present themselves and explain to you all the important details such as ship rules, itinerary, etc. After that, the only thing that will be on your mind is where to go next.

First impression matters and in order for everything to be perfect for your arrival, the crew needs time to prepare everything:

Make food and drinks delivery and organisation
Clean everything from the last group
Change clothes, dress up, wash up and also get a little bit of “breather”
Go through all your wishes, route, weather, minor details one last time before you arrive
And much much more

Usually your embarkation starts around 4.00 PM or 5.00 PM.

After you settled in your cabins and comfortable, the ship will embark from the port. The crew will prepare you a welcome drink and also start to prepare your first dinner.

And this is how your Embarkation day will look like.

Firstly our focus is on making this as relaxed as possible. We know that a traveling day can be stressful and hectic. So for us our first goal is to switch you to “holiday mood”.

The crew on board will take care of everything, so you’ll have ”Life is good” holidays.

After your holiday, when the day of disembarkation is closer, your captain will dock at your port of Check-out one day earlier or according to your wishes stay in a bay near by away from crowds (when this is possible).

In that regard you will have time to pack in a relaxed manner and if you wish you will still have time to go on a little sightseeing tour.

Last night on board you will be served with dinner or you can choose to go to some nice restaurant in the port of disembarkation.

Next day your Check-out will be after breakfast, latest until 9.00 AM or 10.00 AM, depending on the gulet and the destination (as written on your contract & voucher)
