How are our meals planned on days of embarkation and disembarkation?
Embarkation and disembarkation are important moments of your vacation.
And organizing your meals on first and last day also. It is very important that your first impression is a good one. And when your first meal is the one you would imagine, than our job is a job well done.
EMBARKATION
There is only one chance to make a good first impression. And the team on your gulet are aware of this very well.
As soon as you arrive on your gulet, the team gives you a warm welcome. The tables are set for your welcome drink, the gulet is checked and clean and ready for your cruising to start.
After that the captain explains you:
- Safety procedures and
- Rules of the ship
You accomodate to your cabins, do the final payment and paperwork, make a short plan for the next day and THE VACATION CAN BEGIN.
On most gulet embarkation is after 4 PM.
- If you are too early, you can leave your luggage on your gulet and explore around.
- If you want we can prepare for you some activities or you just sit in the port and enjoy the excitement.
As soon as you are settled on board, usually everyone wants to leave the port as soon as possible.
After all the formalities are done, you just want to hit the road and go. In this case you find a nice bay and have your first dinner somewhere far away from crowds and city lights.
You relax, take a deep breath and enjoy.
In case of your late arrival, you can do all the formalities the next day.
You just make yourself comfortable on your gulet and next day start with your breakfast in peace and quiet. Next day also Gulet Expert representative will visit you and help you to do all the formalities and things to do before leaving the port.
Embarkation day should start smooth and easy, with no stress or anxiety.
DISEMBARKATION
Disembarkation is very important as well. We don’t want to spoil the whole week of enjoyment with the sour taste in your mouth.
Most gulets have the disembarkation time until 10 A.M. If possible you are in port a night before, so there is no rush and nervousness. You wake up in the morning, finish your cruise with delicious breakfast and get ready for disembarkation.
In case you need the transfer we organize it for you and take you to your airport with our comfortable air-conditioned vehicle.
And if your departure is late, we can store your luggage and you can explore the city before you go home. But if your departure is much earlier, still no worries. You will be awaken at the right time, not to miss a thing.
