In Greece most gulets work with 3 options:

• A.P.A. (Advance provisional Allowance),
• Gulet Bar Pricelist,
• Ordering in Advance.

• A.P.A. (Advance provisional Allowance)

It is the amount of money paid by the clients in addition to the charter fee. It covers all costs that are not included in the charter fee.

1. If A.P.A. doesn’t cover all the expenses, you pay the exceeding amount on the spot.
2. If A.P.A. amount was not spent, you will receive not spent money back at the end of your cruise.
3. A.P.A. covers all Mandatory and Non-mandatory extras.

In most cases mandatory extras are:

• Food,
• Beverages,
• Port taxes,
• Tourist taxes.

Non-Mandatory extras are:

• Private marinas,
• Entries to the national parks,
• Fuel for cruising, generator or water activities,
• Relocation fees,
• Extra crew member if requested, etc.

The height of the A.P.A. is different from gulet to gulet.

So it is always good to check with your sales expert and clarify this thoroughly. In most cases A.P.A. is 7.000€ (Ecce Navigo) while on all other gulets is 30% of your charter fee.

• Gulet Bar Pricelist

You drink the beverages that your Gulet’s bar offers.

If you like we can send you the bar price list in advance, so you know what your options for drinks are.
Know that HB and FB food packages already include non-alcoholic beverages and local spirits, such as wine, ouzo, tsipouro, and beer.

• Ordering in Advance

Your preferred beverages can be ordered in advance. You tell us what you like to have on your gulet and we will get it for you.

Before departure, you pay the invoice for your drinks on the spot. (Lady Freya, Ece Arina)
