Yes, you can, BUT not on all gulets.
If you want to bring your own bikes with you it is good to mention this during your booking process.
In case you don’t mention anything and suddenly you appear with 15 bikes, it may happen that the owner will say NO to you.
But if you bring 1 or 2 fold-up bicycles with you I’m sure it won’t be a problem.
