The menus can also be modified and tailored the way you want and according to your preferences.

While we are finalizing your cruise, we ask you among the other things, also what are your food preferences.
Food is an important part of gulet cruise. Dining on a gulet is a unique experience. It is a moment to remember. Take your time and pay attention to this as well.
Since in Turkey, we organize everything, we can tailor it as you want.
We donāt do classic menus, but do our best to prepare it accordingly to your likings. There is no place for junk food or frozen pizzas. In Finalizing Lab you express what type of food:

- You like or extremely dislike.

Do You like:
- More fish or meat menu,
- If any vegetarian, vegans on board,
- We can also prepare a Halal or Kosher menu if needed.
Of course if there are kids, the chef will prepare a special kid menu and not make them eat scampi or shells in case they donāt like them.
THE CHEF
You need to understand that the chef usually operates in a very small kitchen and yet prepares meal masterpieces. Therefore, some understanding is needed as well.
It is hard for him to prepare 3 different dishes for appetizer, 5 different for main dish and 6 different for lunch. For each of you another soup or type of meat.

Some kind of general guideline must be agreed and not too many different meals during one set. At the end we want everyone to be happy. You with the taste of your food and the chef with the empty plates.
