How are our meals planned on days of gulet embarkation and disembarkation?

Usually, your CHECK-IN or embarkation process starts at 4 PM or 5 PM.

Firstly you will have a little greet of your personal concierge or representative. He or she will wait for your group and meet with you.

After you will have a little brief of your ongoing cruise just to freshen things up. Then you will sort out some administrative work and after that, your captain will take over.

He will also have a little demonstration and introduce you to your crew. You will be also presented with some basic ship rules and your cabins.

On your gulet a welcome drink will wait for your group. On some gulets, food will be already served in the form of a larger snack (like bread, olives, prosciutto, etc…). So people can freshen up.

You will get comfortable in your cabins and in the meantime your crew will organize and leave the port for your first stopover.

Your chef will start to prepare your first meal on your gulet. When you will sail to your first destination and dock, your food will be served on your gulet. Your first dinner on your gulet.

  • So on your embarkation you will start your cruise with dinner.
DINNER
BREAKFAST

And on your disembarkation:

Your CHECK-OUT or disembarkation is around 9AM or 10AM.

So on your last day of your cruise, you will have breakfast. And after breakfast your cruise will end and you will leave your gulet to disembark.

Usually a gulet comes to the last port, port of embarkation one day early. We do this so the check out procedure happens very comfortably and with no stress.

And you will have one last night in the city and you can use that night to go partying, strolling through the city or to have a last dinner on your gulet. It’s up to you.
